Mr. Tian brings over a decade of expertise in lentiviral vector technology and managing pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses. He has served as a director of several biotech companies, including Zhiteng Medicine Tech, Jinwei (a collaboration partner engaged in lentiviral vector-based vaccines), Rejuvenate Gene Company, Kriptic Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaleads Greater China, and Kos Therapeutics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Harvard University.
Jeanne Menez-Jamet
Chief Scientific Officer
and Director of the TheraVectys Laboratory
Dr. Menez-Jamet serves as Chief Scientific Officer, responsible for managing scientific strategy and R&D execution, ensuring innovation and operational excellence in pre-clinical and clinical programs, and overseeing compliance, partnerships, and alignment of R&D with business objectives. She brings over 20 years of experience in preclinical development and biotechnology, specializing in the transition of products from preclinical stages to clinical trials. Her expertise spans toxicological study design, immunomonitoring, and overseeing Phase I–IIb clinical studies, along with vaccine candidate design and in vivo/in vitro research direction. Prior to joining the company, she served as head of preclinical development at VAXON Biotech. She holds a doctorate in molecular genetics from AgroParisTech, Paris-Saclay University.
Jean-Marc Loiseau

Mr. Loiseau has over 35 years of extensive experience in the financial, investment, and banking industries. Prior to joining our Group, he served as a financial analyst at Atlantic Finance, then at Cholet Dupont, and subsequently at Dupont Denant. He went on to serve as a financial analyst and head of research at ABN AMRO Securities, followed by a role as financial analyst and head of the financial analyst team at Dexia Securities in France. He later worked as a consultant in several international management companies, providing financial and strategic advisory services.
Kirill Nemirov
Chief Project Manager
Dr. Nemirov serves as Chief Project Manager, responsible for managing the multidisciplinary research team, ensuring operational excellence in daily business activities, contributing to project design and implementation, supporting project proposals, and integrating the latest scientific advancements into research protocols. He brings over 20 years of experience in virology and infectious disease research, having served as a researcher at the Swedish Institute for Infectious Disease Control, the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research, and Institut Pasteur in France. He holds a master’s degree in biochemistry from Saint-Petersburg State University and a doctorate in virology from the University of Helsinki.
Anastasia Goloudina
Clinical Trial Principal
Dr. Goloudina-Demidov serves as Clinical Trial Principal and researcher in immuno-oncology, responsible for managing the multidisciplinary research team, ensuring operational excellence in daily business activities, contributing to project design and implementation, supporting project proposals and integrating latest scientific advancements into research protocols. She brings over 20 years of research and development experience in cancer biology and immuno-oncology, having held post-doctoral fellowships at the Genome Institute of Singapore and the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM), followed by roles as a Research Engineer at AP-HP Saint-Antoine Hospital and Laboratory Manager at Evotec in France. She holds a doctorate in biology from the Institute of Cytology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
